The critically endangered BENGAL FLORICAN of tropical South Asia is threatened by habitat loss.  This bird is known for the unusual dance it performs during courtship.

Once the backbone of the world’s most lucrative commercial fisheries, the critically endangered BLUEFIN TUNA has now been fished to the brink of extinction. In 2010 the UN rejected a total ban on Atlantic Bluefin fishing and trading.
